Couple Ritual — Privacy Policy

Couple Ritual is an iOS app for couples: each day both partners answer the same question, play quizzes together, and can optionally get a constructive AI "referee" verdict on a disagreement. We take your privacy seriously: we show no ads, use no third-party analytics/tracking SDKs, collect no location data, and never sell your data.

Data we process
- Account: You sign in with Sign in with Apple (Apple lets you hide your email). You provide profile info such as display name and avatar color.
- Your content: Daily answers, chat messages, quiz answers, relationship start date, and optional photos. This content is shared only with your paired partner — no one else.
- Referee statements: Text you write for the AI referee is processed to generate a verdict and deleted within 30 days (only the verdict is kept).
- Notifications: If you allow them, your device push token. Chat notifications may include a short preview of your message; you can turn them off in notification preferences.
- Subscription: If you buy Premium, your purchase status (no identity/card data reaches us — Apple handles payment).
Who we share data with
Only service providers (data processors) needed to run the app:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage (EU-region servers).
- Apple — Sign in with Apple, App Store payments, and push notifications (APNs).
- OpenAI — only when you use the AI referee, your statement text is processed to generate a verdict. No name or identity is sent.
- RevenueCat — subscription state management (receives only an anonymous couple identifier).
We do not share your data with anyone else, do not give it to ad networks, and do not sell it.
Your rights
- Deletion: Delete your account in-app with one tap; all your data (including photos) is permanently removed.
- Export: Download your data via "Download your archive."
- Retention: Referee statements are kept 30 days; other data until you delete your account.
For other GDPR requests (access, rectification, objection) write to the email above; we reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Children
Couple Ritual is for users 18 and older; it is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Couple Ritual, çiftlerin her gün birbirine aynı soruyu yanıtladığı, birlikte quiz çözdüğü ve isteğe bağlı AI "hakem"le tartışmalarını yapıcı biçimde değerlendirdiği bir iOS uygulamasıdır. Gizliliğini ciddiye alıyoruz: reklam göstermiyoruz, üçüncü taraf analitik/izleme SDK'sı kullanmıyoruz, konum verisi toplamıyoruz ve verini asla satmıyoruz.

Hangi verileri işliyoruz
- Hesap: Sign in with Apple ile giriş yaparsın. Apple, e-postanı gizleme seçeneği sunar. Görünen adın ve avatar rengin gibi profil bilgilerini sen girersin.
- İçeriğin: Günlük cevapların, sohbet mesajların, quiz yanıtların, ilişki başlangıç tarihin, isteğe bağlı fotoğrafların. Bu içerik yalnızca eşleştiğin partnerinle paylaşılır; başka kimseyle değil.
- Hakem ifadeleri: AI hakemine yazdığın metin, karar üretmek için işlenir ve en fazla 30 gün içinde silinir (yalnız sonuç saklanır).
- Bildirim: İzin verirsen, bildirim gönderebilmek için cihaz push token'ın. Sohbet bildirimleri mesajının kısa bir önizlemesini içerebilir; istemezsen bildirim tercihlerinden kapatabilirsin.
- Abonelik: Premium satın alırsan, satın alma durumun (kimlik/kart bilgisi bize gelmez — ödemeyi Apple işler).
Verini kimlerle paylaşıyoruz
Yalnızca uygulamayı çalıştırmak için gereken hizmet sağlayıcılarla (veri işleyenler):
- Supabase — veritabanı, kimlik doğrulama ve dosya depolama (sunucular AB bölgesinde).
- Apple — Sign in with Apple, App Store ödemeleri ve push bildirimleri (APNs).
- OpenAI — yalnızca AI hakem kullandığında, ifade metnin karar üretimi için işlenir. Adın veya kimliğin gönderilmez.
- RevenueCat — abonelik durumunun yönetimi (yalnız anonim bir çift tanımlayıcısı iletilir).
Bunların dışında verini kimseyle paylaşmayız, reklam ağlarına vermeyiz ve satmayız.
Haklarına ne olur
- Silme: Uygulama içinden hesabını tek dokunuşla silebilirsin; tüm verin (fotoğraflar dahil) kalıcı olarak silinir.
- İhraç: "Arşivini indir" ile verini dışa aktarabilirsin.
- Saklama: Hakem ifadeleri 30 gün, diğer verilerin ise hesabını silene kadar saklanır.
KVKK ve GDPR kapsamındaki diğer talepler (erişim, düzeltme, itiraz) için yukarıdaki e-posta adresine yazabilirsin; en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır.
Çocuklar
Couple Ritual 18 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılar içindir; çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamayız.
